Sports Partnerships and Marketing Coordinator

In the last semester of my Master’s Program, I rejoined my team in a part-time role that grew into a full-time role upon graduation. As a Sports Partnerships and Marketing Coordinator for SiriusXM, I ensure that contractual obligations are met, marketing assets are executed, and rights management for all intellectual property is properly handled. I execute day-to-day operations of the Sports Marketing and Partnerships team including creative tickets, sweepstakes operations, data monitoring, and game ticket inventory management. I also keep my nose to the ground and keep current on sports industry news and trends to develop strategic and competitive opportunities and pitch to potential partners.
I manage marketing relationships with both programming directors and league partners for sports channels such as Fantasy Sports Radio, Fight Nation, NASCAR Radio, NHL Radio, and SiriusXM FC. I also assisted in relationships with NBA Radio, NFL Radio, and Mad Dog Radio.

Remote, Summer 2020
As a Summer 2020 Intern, I prepared marketing materials and aided the Sports Partnerships and Marketing team in adapting to the uncertain sports schedule due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I created a lookbook deck that showcases everything SiriusXM/Pandora does in music, sports, and talk. I also reviewed contracts and met with partners to understand the relationships between SiriusXM and major sports leagues, musical acts, talk personalities, and sponsors. I’m excited to return to SiriusXM as a Temp Coordinator as I finish my Master’s Degree.
Sports Partners that I worked with included College Football Teams, IndyCar, Mad Dog Radio, MLB, NFL, NASCAR, USL, and The Tennis Channel.
Sky Blue FC
Marketing and Communications Intern
Remote, Fall 2020
As an Fall 2020 intern, I assisted Sky Blue FC’s Marketing and Communications team during the 2020 NWSL Fall Series and the build up for the 2021 NWSL Challenge Cup and Regular Season. I researched and pitched a marketing plan with insights and ideas to increase the club’s fanbase in 2021. I also wrote articles, made videos, and brainstormed social media ideas for announcements and fan engagement. I conducted research on season ticket perks, digital memberships, and kit launches in the soccer and wider sports community and helped facilitate relationships for the club with local businesses and youth soccer clubs.

Performance Marketing Intern

As an intern, I developed, executed, and managed budgets of digital marketing campaigns for paid media I systematized thousands of rows of campaign data from social media sites to create daily reports. I also worked closely with the Affiliate Marketing team to create charts and quarterly presentations for Shutterstock's affiliate partners. I created an automated Google Doc to fetch data for daily reporting, replacing the need for a future intern upon my departure.

Twice A Cosmo is SB Nation's Home for the New York Cosmos, the United State's most historic team. As Site Manager, I managed the site's content and was the voice of the blog’s social media, and well as recruited writers.
I published weekly content pertaining to the New York Cosmos soccer team. As a member of the media, I attended matches, conducted interviews with players and coaches, and voted for Emirates Man of the Match.

I moved to Kettering Ohio, for a summer tech internship with Synchrony Financial. I Performed in Lead Frontend/UX Designer role on an agile web app project using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. I provided design ideas, market insight, and copywriting skills in cross-functional Medici project. also participated in the company's Virtual/Augmented Reality Hackathon.
